ISCG proposal format

1.2 Cover page is to be included with the following details centralized on the page
- project title
- project category (animation, avp, IMM, web etc)
- your name / class
- your I/C no.
- your contact no.s
- your emails address

1.3 you must explain why what who, in your project rationale...

1.3.1 your GUIDE for the written proposal regards to the 3'W's...
WHAT:
"what's your project about?"
"what you are doing?"
"what are you eploring?"
"what is your big idea?"

WHY (why are you doing/proposaing this project):
"the aim(s) of your project?"
for aims you may want to elaborate and consider:
- the purpose and 'intended' outcome of your project proposal.
a. consider the unique selling point (USP) of your project/proposal/service/etc.
b. are there any benefits to the society/market/industry?
c. are there any issues you are addressing?

WHO:
"target audience/market/niche?"
